Cleveland, Tenn. (Dec. 2024) — Legacy Senior Living is excited to announce the promotion of Allison Haun to Vice President of Human Resources. In this position, Haun will oversee HR for Legacy and Dominion’s 34 independent living, assisted living and memory care communities.

Haun joined the Legacy Senior Living family in August of 2019 as the Human Resources Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in February 2021. In these positions, Haun oversaw the Human Resource functions for Legacy’s 17 communities and this promotion to Vice President of Human Resources incorporates Dominion Senior Living’s 17 communities into her leadership portfolio. Haun will focus on team member training programs, systems, processes and advising the senior leadership team in HR matters.

Haun earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Chowan University. She moved into the senior living industry after already establishing over 10 years of experience in various HR positions. In 2021, she gained her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

“The senior living industry captured my heart from the beginning. I keep a photo of my grandmother on my desk as a constant reminder that what I do each day is helping to care for someone’s loved one. I’m grateful for this opportunity and I aspire to make a meaningful impact by serving our team members so they can care for our residents with excellence,” Haun states.

“Allison is the backbone for our communities to always be a part of a great place to live and work. She has proven herself to be dedicated to our mission as we continue to provide the highest level of care for our residents. This promotion is well earned, and I am eager to see her continue to make a difference within the Legacy and Dominion family,” said Doug Veazey, COO of Legacy/Dominion Senior Living.

A native to Charlotte, NC, Haun now makes her home in Cleveland, TN, with her husband, David, and their two daughters, Chloe and Emmi. Haun is an avid music lover and she has a passion for restoring and renovating old houses.
